For Families of up to 12 to 16 people, the entire farm (the Pleats) can be rented.

This includes connecting all rooms and common areas, creating a family accommodation with 4 separate bedrooms, a singles room (small two-person), a quadruple room, and 2 single sleeping spaces. There are 2 living/TV rooms and 1 large common space for breakfast or social gatherings in this setup. There are also several areas for smaller groups to meet, including 2 kitchens and 1 pantry. The property features a large front garden, a shared terrace, and a small private terrace.

Since we also live on the farm, we can quickly and easily cater to individual group wishes. Ask about the possibilities.

Rates & Terms

• The Pleats costs € 1095,- per night (based on 12 people).
• Extra person (max 4) € 15,- per night per person.
• Pet (only by prior arrangement) € 12,50 per stay
• A surcharge applies per night during holiday periods and public holidays. (check the site)
• The cleaning costs for the apartment are € 150,- 
• Minimum length of stay is 2 nights, except during vacation periods.
• During holiday periods, minimum length of stay is one week, midweek or weekend
• All prices include 21% VAT and are exclusive of tourist tax.
• A deposit of 30% is required at booking
• The remaining 70% of the invoice amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival
