Voor Families up to 12 to 16-20 people the entire farm (the Pleats) can be rented.

Hereby all rooms and the common area are connected, resulting in a family accommodation with a shared living space with 4 separate bedrooms, a bedstede (small 2-person), a bedstede (4-person) and 2 one-person sleeping places. There are in this setting 2 living/TV-rooms and 1 large common area for breakfast or cozy together. There are 2 kitchens and 1 pantry  various rooms to be with smaller groups together. There is a large garden, a shared terrace and a smaller private terrace.

Because we also live on the farm ourselves, we can quickly and easily respond to individual wishes of the group. Ask about the possibilities. 
  

Pricing & Conditions

• The Pleats costs € 1095,- per night (based on 12 people).
• Extra person (maximum 4) € 15,- per night per person.
• Pet (only in consultation) € 12.50 per stay
• In the holiday periods and public holidays a surcharge per night applies. (check the site)
• The cleaning costs for the apartment are € 150,- 
• Minimum stay is 2 nights. m.u.v. holiday periods.
• Minimum stay in holiday periods are a week, midweek or weekend 
• All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT and exclusive of tourist tax.
• Upon booking, a deposit of 30%  applies
• The remaining 70% of the invoice amount is paid at least 14 days before arrival
