The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a 2-person bedroom, a spacious dining room with its own kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with separate toilet. What makes this apartment unique is that it also has a bedstead with 2 stack beds, so there are 4 extra sleeping places for adults or children. The Hea-opslach is rented out as a 2-person apartment. For more people, a small surcharge per person applies. 

Pricing & conditions 

• The Hea-opslach costs € 139,- per night (based on 2 people).
• Extra person (max. 4) € 15,- per night per person.
• Pets (only by agreement) € 12,50 per stay
• In the holiday periods and public holidays a surcharge per night applies. (check the site)
• The cleaning costs for the apartment are € 50,- 
• Minimum stay on weekends is 2 nights. 
• Minimum stay in holiday periods is a week, midweek or weekend 
• All prices include 21% VAT and exclude tourist tax.
• Upon booking, a 30% down payment applies
• The remaining 70% of the invoice amount must be paid at the latest 14 days before arrival
