Housing rules accommodations Unia Zathe Versie: 1 January 2026
Welcome heartily to B&B Unia Zathe!
To make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to take the following house rules into account:
Arrival & departure
-Check-in is possible from [see room reservation].
-Please check-out before [see room reservation].
- If you arrive later than agreed, or if you want to leave very early, please let us know.
Rest & respect
We ask our guests to take into account the night rest of others between 22.00 and 08.00 hours. Respect our accommodation, the environment and other guests.
Smoking & open fire
Smoking is not allowed in the entire Unia Zathe accommodation.
Outdoor smoking is allowed on the designated spot. Please also take this into account with regard to fire safety and use the designated ashtrays.
Pets
Dogs are welcome, but only after prior consultation. Extra costs will be charged per stay. If permitted: always in consultation and not left unattended in the accommodation. Leash and cleaning obligation of your dog, both on our terrain and in the village. Pets are not allowed on the beds and furniture. There are many beautiful walking routes with your dog. If you have forgotten something, ask us!
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome, but please consult us beforehand.
-Overnight stay of extra persons is not allowed. (otherwise first consult)
-Youth groups, student associations, parties are not welcome due to the location of our accommodations.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served depending on the reservation at [see room reservation]. Do you have dietary wishes or allergies? Let us know in advance, and we'll try to take that into account as much as possible.
Use of the room
Handle the furniture and inventory with care. Any damage, please report immediately, so we can find a suitable solution together. For each guest/tenant it applies that any damage caused by him/her (or group) to the properties of Unia Zathe will be held personally accountable. The guest (tenant) will therefore be held liable. Determination of the extent of the damage is at the discretion of the owner of Unia Zathe. If necessary/desired, an external expert can be engaged by the person held liable. The associated costs will be borne by the person held liable.
Safety
Do not leave valuable items unattended. Use electrical appliances responsibly and do not leave them on unnecessarily. Self-cooking or barbecuing around the farm is not allowed due to fire safety.
Waste & sustainability
We find sustainability important. Help by separating waste where possible and using energy consciously. To prevent pests, dispose of waste in the designated bins. Please do not flush other materials than toilet paper down the toilet.
Liability
B&B Unia Zathe is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
