House rules for Unia Zathe accommodations

Welcome to B&B Unia Zathe!
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is possible from [see room reservation].
- Check-out is preferably before [see room reservation].
- If you arrive later than agreed or want to leave very early, please let us know.
Quiet & Respect
We ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of others between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please respect our accommodation, the surroundings, and other guests.
Smoking & Open Fires
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Unia Zathe accommodation. Outdoor smoking is allowed in the designated area. Please adhere to this rule due to the fire hazard and use the provided ashtrays. Cooking or barbecuing around the farm is not allowed due to the risk of fire. If you wish to barbecue, please consult with us first regarding the location and materials.
Pets
Dogs are welcome but only after prior consultation. Additional charges apply per stay for pets. If permitted, dogs must always be supervised and never left unattended in the accommodation. Please keep your dog on a leash and clean up after it both on our property and in the village. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. There are many beautiful walking routes you can enjoy with your dog. If you've forgotten something, just ask us!
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome but please consult with us in advance.
- Overnight stays for additional persons are not allowed (unless arranged in advance).
- Youth groups, student associations, and parties are not accommodated due to the location of our accommodations.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at [see room reservation] depending on your booking. If you have dietary preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Room Usage
Please handle the furniture and inventory with care. Report any damage immediately so we can find a suitable solution together. Any damage caused by a guest or their party to the property of Unia Zathe will be the personal responsibility of the guest/renter. The guest (renter) will be held accountable for such damages. The owner of Unia Zathe will determine the extent of the damage. If necessary, an external expert can be consulted at the expense of the person held responsible.
Safety
Do not leave valuable items unattended. Use electrical appliances responsibly and avoid leaving them on unnecessarily. Charging cars is not permitted, and for charging bikes or separate bike batteries, please consult with us about the location.
Waste & Sustainability
We value sustainability. Help by separating waste where possible and using energy conscientiously. There are separate collection bins for paper and glass in the shed. To prevent pests, please deposit waste in the designated bins. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Liability
B&B Unia Zathe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
