Cancellation conditions
Cancellation Terms B&B Unia Zathe Versie: 1 January 2026
By making a reservation at B&B Unia Zathe, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
You are required to take out your own cancellation insurance for your stay. Unless otherwise agreed with Unia Zathe.
The conditions of the booking platform used will apply to bookings made through other booking sites than our website.
Changes
Changes to the reservation (such as arrival or departure date) are possible in consultation and subject to availability. A change may be associated with costs.
Early Departure
No refund will be made for early departure.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as serious illness or unforeseen circumstances), we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss in consultation whether a suitable solution is possible, such as rebooking the reservation.
Cancellation by Unia Zathe
If B&B Unia Zathe is forced to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Refund of Amounts
In the event of cancellation in the following situations, the following cancellation costs apply:
- Within 48 hours after booking: no cancellation costs
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 30% of the invoice amount
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival or no show: 100% of the invoice amount*
* If, within two weeks, the landlord is able to rent out the accommodation again, a refund will be made of 25% of the total invoice amount.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We recommend that our guests take out travel and/or cancellation insurance to avoid unforeseen costs.
